Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows: $9.95 Postage all items AUSTRALIA ONLY.

All orders are shipped within 7 working days unless otherwise notified of delay. Usual delivery times 7-14 Business days. Delays may be caused by special orders including Sooki La La Personalised Cushions Orders (these usually take up to 7 Business days to be made and delivered to Home Express), we will notify you if this happens. If you have not received an order within 14 days, please notify us by email at: vanessak@homeexpress.com.au or via the contact us page - fill out the email form. Alternatively if you require goods before this please make sure you advise this in the comments section before completeing order.

All orders are shipped in RECYCLED BOXES AND RECYCLED PAPER. Due to the large volume of cartons delivered to most retail business' we don't see it necessary to be using new boxes for every order. Any efforts to reduce waste is a benefit to our earth! If our efforts to be green (greener) is an issue please let us know in the comments section  when placing order (example - orders being delivered to a different shipping address as a gift). 

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Home Express Nominees Pty Ltd.. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Returns of faulty goods will recieve refund of postage, does not apply to change of mind etc. 

Returns Process

To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:

• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and size of the replacement item.
